the staff elevated our experience. raju and tanvi ensured our room was perfect, a haven of tranquility. chef purusu prepared the most delicious omelettes, a daily delight. the lake view from our room was amazing.
I noticed some slight wear in the room. A bit of attention could enhance its charm.

The location was NICE. It was near restaurants. I also found the staff to be helpful. Parvinder was very friendly. The room I was in was very clean.
I had some disappointments . The water drained poorly in the bathtub when I showered. The fish fillet was VERY salty during the first breakfast. Main course variety was less than I expected.

I found the staff to be amazing and very attentive to my needs. The location of the hotel was convenient, near many restaurants. The room had useful facilities like a coffee maker and a mini fridge.
The air conditioning unit in the room was a bit noisy during the night.

the reception staff were genuinely cute. i especially appreciated raju's help and his team's customer service. the breakfast was also tasty and had plenty of variety.
the bathtub's drainage was slow during showers, a little frustrating.
